Significance of Govardhana Puja:
Govardhana is not a mere hill, it is a form of Krishna Himself, known as Haridasa-varya, the best servant of the Lord. By worshiping Govardhana, we receive His mercy and a deeper connection to the eternal Vraja pastimes.

This day also honors:

Go Puja – Worship of cows, dear to Lord Krishna with feeding & arati.
Anna Kuta Festival – Grand offering of sweet & savoury bhoga preparations offered to Giri-Govardhana.
